3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Platform does not guarantee admission to any educational institution, academic success, employment or job placement, scholarship approval, or competitive exam results.

Career development depends on multiple factors including effort, external opportunities, institutional criteria, and market conditions. Users agree that recommendations are suggestive and supportive in nature.

4. User Eligibility

• Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising use of the platform.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts found to contain false, misleading, or manipulated data.

5. Account Responsibility

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All assessments and digital reports are considered digital services. Once an assessment is accessed, initiated, or completed, payments are non-refundable, reports cannot be returned, and access cannot be reversed.

Refunds may only be considered in cases of verified technical malfunction preventing access to the service. The Platform does not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, recommendations, or external academic results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including assessment frameworks, question banks, scoring methodologies, career clustering models, report structures, databases, and visual dashboards, are the intellectual property of the Company.

Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written consent.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

The Platform collects and processes personal information for the purpose of delivering career guidance services. We commit to maintaining data security, not selling personal data, using data solely for service delivery and improvement, and allowing users to request deletion of their data.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
