Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service
The Platform provides digital career assessment services and personalized reports. All services are digital products and become accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to digital delivery, services cannot be returned once accessed.
2. No Refund After Access
Once an assessment is accessed, started, completed, report generated, downloaded, or viewed, the purchase is considered delivered and non-refundable.
3. No Refund for Outcome-Based Reasons
Refunds are not granted for disagreement with recommendations, exam or academic outcomes, admission rejection, career dissatisfaction, change of mind, post-purchase disagreement, or report interpretation issues.
4. Duplicate Purchase Policy
If the same assessment is purchased twice by mistake, a duplicate transaction refund may be considered within 7 days, subject to transaction verification and usage check.
5. Technical Failure Exception
Refunds may be considered only for verified platform malfunction, failed report generation due to platform error, or payment captured without service access. Users must notify support within 7 days.
6. Institutional Purchases
Bulk school/institutional purchases are governed by separate agreements. Credit usage, expiry, and refund eligibility are determined by contract terms.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating chargebacks without contacting support first may lead to account suspension or restriction where services were delivered.
8. Payment Errors
Users must report payment processing errors within 7 days with proof of transaction. Verified overcharges will be corrected.
9. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timelines depend on the payment provider and applicable transaction fees.
10. Policy Updates
The Company may update this policy. Revised versions are published with a new effective date, and continued use indicates acceptance.
